What are nevi or moles?
Nevi or moles are lesions that evolve throughout life. In childhood and adolescence they are characterized by being flat. As we mature they are lesions that become lumpy and gain relief.

How to eliminate them
FLAT or slightly over-elevated lesions.
Surgical treatment is recommended. If we were to treat them with laser we would burn the superficial part and we would not reach the deeper layers of the skin. Therefore, we would run the risk of the nevus reappearing.
The surgery removes it permanently, and also the thick hairs that usually grow on the mole. The results of the surgery are a small linear scar that, with the passage of time, will remain as the color of your skin.
ELEVATED lesions (verrucous)
This type of lesions can be removed with ablative methods such as Co2 laser or plasma, such as the Dermaplax device.
