With the purchase of the products offered through the website www.clínicatufet.com (hereinafter, the “Website“), owned by INSTITUT DE BENESTAR TUFET, SL (hereinafter, CLÍNICA TUFET) the User accepts the terms and conditions of these General Conditions of Contract, so before proceeding to its acceptance, please read carefully its content.
In the event of non-acceptance of the General Conditions of Contract, the services requested by the User may not be carried out and consequently CLÍNICA TUFET will not assume any type of obligation or liability through its Website.
Likewise, the User declares to have sufficient legal capacity to contract the services of the Website.
CLÍNICA TUFET reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the General Conditions of Purchase at any time, without the need to communicate or give prior notice, so, before purchasing the service, please read carefully its content as it is the responsibility of the User to review the General Conditions of Purchase before purchasing any product from the Website.
The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between CLÍNICA TUFET and the User, in accordance with the legal stipulations in force in distance selling, the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Data Protection, and the Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

2. Conclusion and execution of the Contract
Users can make a purchase without registering.
Once the order has been placed, the User will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail or other equivalent means of electronic communication to the address indicated by the User.

Likewise, CLÍNICA TUFET informs you that the formalization of the contract may be carried out in the following languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Russian.

CLÍNICA TUFET, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, in its capacity as Data Controller of the personal data provided, provides you with the following information:

4. Price
The price for each of the services will be the one that appears in Euros together with each product of the Website and will include the applicable VAT that, in its case, could correspond.
CLÍNICA TUFET reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without prior notice. The price applicable to the purchase request made by the Customer will be the one stated at the time of acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase.
5. Form of Payment
The User will be able to pay the amount of his order opting for any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:
BIZUM
Bizum payment is a quick and easy way to make online purchases, since it is done through the bank.
VISA or MASTERCARD Credit Card
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
Likewise, your credit card information is entered directly on the bank’s website, at the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) and is not entered or recorded on any server of CLÍNICA TUFET.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and recredit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder shall be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had improperly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, he shall be liable to CLÍNICA TUFET to compensate the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
Financing
In CLÍNICA TUFET, offering the possibility of financing a treatment is more than a simple transaction, it is to be able to realize your wishes and illusions instantly.
Installments: Interest-free financing is available (only with a set-up fee) in 3, 6 or 10 months:
- In 3 installments – opening commission of 2%.
- In 6 installments – 3% origination fee.
- In 10 installments – 4% origination fee.
Documentation required: In order to apply for financing we need you to send us the following documentation to financiacion@clinicatufet.com:
- If you are a Banco Sabadell customer:
- Photocopy of DNI/NIE on both sides.
- If you are not a Banco Sabadell customer:
- Photocopy of DNI/NIE on both sides;
- Proof of account ownership;
- Proof of income based on your employment status:
- If you are a salaried employee: the last and penultimate paycheck;
- If you are self-employed: income tax return + payment of self-employment tax;
- If you are a pensioner: letter of pension revaluation for the current year.

6. Withdrawal
The User shall have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase of the service.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply complete and send this form to the following e-mail address info@clinicatufet.com.

– I hereby inform you of my desire to exercise my right of withdrawal from ………………………………………..

Once the Customer has exercised the right of Withdrawal, CLÍNICA TUFET will refund to the Customer all payments received, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Customer informs CLÍNICA TUFET of its decision to withdraw from this contract. CLÍNICA TUFET shall proceed to effect the refund using the same means of payment used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless the Client expresses otherwise.
NoteNote: The User may withdraw from the consultation by sending the form to our e-mail address up to the time the consultation begins.
Due to the characteristics of the service, which, in order to have functionality, and that the same is executed before 14 days, the User expressly consents that the provision of the service gives beginning immediately after hiring it, therefore, the User understands and expressly consents that waives its right to withdraw, since the provision of the service begins and ends in the legal period of 14 days legally established, all in accordance with art 103 section a) Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal provides: “The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment by him that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.“.
7. Complaints and Claims
The Customer may address complaints and claims to the e-mail address info@clinicatufet.com.
CLÍNICA TUFET shall respond to the complaints received as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of one month from the submission of the complaint.
In accordance with Regulation No. 524/2013 EU,the European Commission makes available to Consumers and Users an online dispute resolution platform, which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers will be able to submit their complaints through the online dispute resolution platform.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
Any disputes that may arise between CLÍNICA TUFET and the Customer shall be settled by the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
