What is Emsculpt Neo?
Unique combination of radiofrequency (RF) and HIFEM technology. EMSCULPT NEO is a medical device for muscle development and fat reduction that simultaneously generates the emission of radiofrequency and HIFEM energies.
Radiofrequency distributes different levels of heat to affect fat reduction. In turn, HIFEM is a procedure based on high intensity magnetic fields that cause muscle contractions. The combination of both technologies simultaneously has synergistic effects and is more effective.

How it works
EMSCULPT NEO heats adipose tissue uniformly to 43-45ºC. Consequently, adipocytes exposed to this temperature range enter a process called apoptosis, the natural and permanent cell death.
As a result, the amount of fat cells is significantly reduced causing them to lose much of their content.
MRI and ultrasound studies show that simultaneous treatments result in an average reduction of 28.3% to 30.8% in the subcutaneous fat layer.
EFFECTS ON MUSCLES
Due to RF, the muscle is heated to 40-41ºC, which causes an increase in blood flow, leading to an increase in oxygenation. In turn, this heating promotes the anabolic processes that take place in the body to promote the regeneration of muscle fibers and their rapid growth.
HIFEM-induced supra maximal muscle contractions produce a strong response in muscle tissue.
The application of heat and mechanical stress has demonstrated an increase in the development and renewal of microfibrils resulting in muscle thickening of between 24% and 26%.
